1. Treat Yo’ Self Day

Have a Treat Yo’ Self Day every once in a while. Slurp on food, expensive clothes and anything that you would not normally buy. Money is made to be spent. We lead a short life, might as well live it glamorously (of course, remember to have this date after you have paid all the rent and electricity bills, otherwise, that shit will come back to haunt you).

This is how you do it:

2. The Credit Card Roulette Game

Try this. It’s gold.

Hang out with friends. Go to some obscure exotic culinary restaurants. And when the time comes for the bill, everyone needs to pull out their credit card. Shuffle if you want for the fun of it. Then tell the waitress to pick a random one. This is the ultimate win all/lose all game. Everyone will hold their breath and grab onto their seat for the moment of truth. But only one shall be sacrificed for the Hunger Game! Afterwards, the people who survives need to treat the victim to something sweet and great to mend the heartbreak.

3. Homemade Buffet, Bitches!

Call up the gang. Tell them to bring everything they’ve got. Leftover bread slices, pizzas, veggies, cheese, beers, gummy bears. Stir-fry and deep-fry everything. Experiment a little. You’re young. Your stomach can take it. Otherwise, have fun battling each other for the toilet.

4. Scream

…often and in different places.

It has been proven to have the ability to relieve stress and reduce frustration. People are always saying that they feel sad and pressured with their lives but to those people, I’d said: “You don’t scream enough.” Scream often, and as loud as you can, even if your voice is breaking or screeching like you’re hitting puberty, and then run – for the fun of it. Or if you’re afraid of disturbing the peace and privacy of the people around (which I think is overrated anyway), then grab a pillow and go all out on it. Also, see no. 7 to find the perfect place to execute this.

5. Chocolate delight

Do not fear the calories. Dark Chocolate has been proven time and again to be a healthy dose for the heart, preventing blood clots and improving blood flow. It also controls blood sugar, serves as an anti-aging agent, enhance cognitive function, and can deliver quite a few healthy vitamins and minerals to your body. And it’s just too delicious not to munch on. Still not convinced? Jeanne Calment, the oldest person in the world at 122, had said that she ate nearly one kilogram (2.2 lb) of chocolate every week.

6. Dance Like Nobody’s Watching

Put on your iPod. Volume to the max. And just dance, like Gaga, even in crowded places. It’s better to dance around strangers because you would never meet them again anyway. And ever if you do, who gives a fuck! Dancing is fun, infectious, affecting and a great way to feel alive. Anybody who thinks the contrary can go walk themselves!

7. Find the Rooftop of Every Building You Go Into

Trust me on this one. Always go to the top of every high-rise building that you get a chance to come across. Look down at the world below you and feel the vertigo rushing in. It can give you a fresh perspective on life and some great ideas for your work or personal life. You might also find some super awesome stuff like a rooftop bar, a magnificent sunset, a the perfect place for a date (or a really good scream). Don’t ever waste a good view! If you have Acrophobia though, don’t feel bad, there are 9 other cool stuffs that you can do in this list.

8. Have Fun With Your Wardrobe.

Don’t dress the fashion. Have fun with your wardrobe. Be an Italian mobster one day. Be a hip hop Buddhist rapper the other. Life’s a catwalk. Why go through it unnoticed? Just don’t be naked; it’s looked down upon. If you have a day job that requires a dress code, do it subtly and gradually with a change of ties or socks. Then go blasting at night and on the weekends. We are young, so let’s set the world on fire and stuff.

9. Be Alone And Love It!

You don’t always have to surround yourself with people to have fun. Alone time can be therapeutic as it is helpful to recharge your mind. Dress up, eat out, go to the movies alone and look defiantly at anyone who casts a disapproving look at you for not whoring yourself out with some undeserving people when you don’t want to just to fit in with the norm. It’s empowering.

Here’s a helpful guide on what to do when you find yourself alone:
